Shipping policy

Due to the fragile nature of most of the items we sell, we need time to safely and securely wrap and pack your order. We aim to dispatch orders within 3 business days.

All orders are sent via a tracked delivery method with trusted carriers. You will be notified of your order tracking details via email once your order is dispatched. Once your order is dispatched the delivery address cannot be altered.

Delivery timescales:

UK orders: Standard Delivery, we aim to deliver within 5 business days once dispatched. 48 Hour Delivery, we aim to deliver within 2 business days once dispatched. These timescales are not guaranteed.

International orders: we offer a variety of delivery methods and timescales between 5 and 28 business days depending on the destination and the size and weight of your order. The shipping options available for your order will be displayed at the checkout. These timescales are not guaranteed.

We only use the best quality packing materials to ensure your items reach you safely. 

Please note, we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses and we require a postal (zip) code for your delivery address.

We are pleased to be able to offer international shipping. Because we sell everything from a single teaspoon to a full dinner service, international shipping is calculated at the checkout based on the combined size and weight of the items in your order. You can view the shipping charges for your order after entering your address details and before proceeding to the payment page.  If a shipping price is not listed for your location please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Overseas customers should note that your order may be subject to import taxes, duties or fees upon arrival. Bonny and Blithe are not responsible for these fees and overseas customers should make enquiries in their own country as what charges may be applicable to your order. Please note that for international shipping, orders will not be marked as a gift on customs declarations as the item is a purchase from our Company and not a gift from our Company.

We advise you to monitor the progress of your order delivery through the tracking provided. If your order is returned to us as undeliverable, to the delivery address you have provided, we will not refund the original cost of shipping and you will be liable for any return charges imposed by the delivery agent and/or the cost to redeliver your order to you. Should you choose not to have your order redelivered at your own cost, we will refund your order, the original cost of shipping your order to you will be deducted from your refund. Please note that failure or refusal to pay import fees due may lead to your parcel being seized and destroyed, in this instance no refund will be offered.
