Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you have received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. Please send us an email to hello@bonnyandblithe.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order to request a refund. We must then receive your returned items within 14 days of your return request.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Personalised good are also exempt from being returned.
If you return an item bought as part of our buy one, get one discounted promotion, we’ll allocate part of the discount to each product in proportion to their cost. E.g. if you pair a £10 product and a £5 product, you’ll get the second item half price and save £2.50 overall. Two thirds of this £2.50 discount will be applied to the £10 product and one third to the £5 product. So if you return the £10 product on its own, we’ll refund £10 minus two thirds of the discount (£10 - £1.67 = £8.33 in total).
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
Please note that we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to change any items in your order for a different item, please return your unwanted items to us within 14 days as per the return instructions above and place a new order for the alternative desired items.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of the return.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Overseas customers (outside of the United Kingdom) should note that if you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping your order to you will be deducted from your refund.
Customers in the United Kingdom, if you should upgrade your delivery beyond standard delivery, you will only be refunded the cost of standard delivery and not the cost of upgraded delivery.
We suggest you send your returned item by a tracked delivery method. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If your order is returned to us as undeliverable, to the delivery address you have provided, we will not refund the original cost of shipping and you will be liable for any return charges imposed by the delivery agent and/or the cost to redeliver your order to you. Should you choose not to have your order redelivered at your own cost, we will refund your order, the original cost of shipping your order to you will be deducted from your refund. Please note that failure or refusal to pay import fees due may lead to your parcel being seized and destroyed, in this instance no refund will be offered.
If your order should arrive damaged please contact us via email at hello@bonnyandblithe.co.uk and send photographs of both the damaged item and the packaging so that we can investigate and resolve to your satisfaction.
