Christmas Pudding Truffles Recipe

My Easy Peasy Christmas Pudding Truffles Recipe
Ingredients
400g un-iced Christmas cake
150g dark chocolate
150g milk chocholate
50g white chocolate
Sprinkles to dceorate
Method
  1. Blitz the Christmas cake in a food processor to crumbs.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate in a glass bowl over a pan of simmering water.
  3. Tip the cake crumbs into the melted dark chocolate and mix well.
  4. Roll the mixure into 12 small balls and place on a baking tray.
  5. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  6. Melt the milk chocolate in a glass bowl over a pan of simmering water.
  7. Using two foks roll the chilled balls in the melted chocolate until well coated and lift each one back onto the baking tray.
  8. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  9. Melt the white chocolate in a glass bowl over a pan of simmering water, with a teaspoon drizzle a small amount over each truffle.
  10. Decorate with Holly sprinkles and chill until set.
