English Breakfast is a full-bodied aromatic black tea, known as the Nation's favourite, is best served with a splash of milk and enjoyed throughout the day.

English Afternoon is a medium-bodied aromatic black tea with a very slightly lower caffeine content making it perfect for drinking later in the day.

Earl Grey is a traditional aromatic English black tea flavoured with bergamot, serve with a slice of lemon.

• Boil fresh water to 100°C and pour over the teabag. Leave the teabag to infuse for 5 minutes or longer if desired, for a fuller, stronger taste. Once the tea has finished steeping, immediately remove the teabag and stir, add a splash of milk if desired.
